Return and Refund Policy

LESKO BuildKit sells digital products, including downloadable construction management templates, spreadsheets, forms, documents, and related digital resources.

Because our products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all sales are final once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, unless a refund is required by law or approved under this policy.

Digital Products Only

LESKO BuildKit products are digital downloads only.

No physical product will be shipped. There are no physical returns, return labels, shipping returns, or exchanges for digital products.

Refunds That May Be Approved

A refund may be considered in the following situations:

  1. Duplicate Purchase or Duplicate Charge
    You were charged more than once for the same product because of a billing or processing error.
  2. Product Not Delivered
    You completed payment but did not receive access to the digital product, and we are unable to fix the delivery issue within a reasonable time.
  3. File Access or Technical Issue
    The digital file cannot be accessed because of an issue with our file delivery system, and we are unable to provide a working replacement file.
  4. Refund Required by Law
    A refund is required under applicable consumer protection law.

Refunds That Are Not Available

Unless required by law, refunds are not available for:

  1. Change-of-mind purchases.
  2. Accidental purchases after the product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
  3. Dissatisfaction unrelated to a delivery, access, or file issue.
  4. Lack of software, unsupported devices, unsupported apps, or customer system issues.
  5. Failure to read the product description, product requirements, included file types, or compatibility information before purchasing.
  6. Products that were successfully delivered and accessible.
  7. Requests based on expecting a different result, job outcome, project approval, permit approval, employer acceptance, or business result.

Product Compatibility

LESKO BuildKit templates may require compatible software such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PDF software, or other common document/spreadsheet tools, depending on the product.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and requirements before purchasing. Refunds are not guaranteed for compatibility issues caused by unsupported software, unsupported devices, customer settings, outdated apps, or lack of access to required software.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email LESKO BuildKit at:

Please include:

  • Your full name.
  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • Your order number or transaction ID.
  • The product name.
  • A clear explanation of the issue.
  • Screenshots or supporting information, if available.

We may ask for additional information before making a decision.

Review Timeline

LESKO BuildKit will make reasonable efforts to respond to refund requests within 3 business days.

If the request requires review, we may need additional time to investigate the issue, verify delivery, confirm payment details, or attempt to resolve the problem.

If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Payment processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or credit card company.

Access After Refund

If a refund is approved, your license and right to use the refunded digital product ends immediately.

You must stop using the refunded product and delete any downloaded copies, saved files, or duplicated versions in your possession or control.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact LESKO BuildKit first at support@leskobuildkit.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute may delay the refund process while the payment provider reviews the transaction.

Policy Abuse

LESKO BuildKit reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, repetitive, or made in bad faith, unless a refund is required by law.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If the law in your location gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights will apply.

Changes to This Policy

LESKO BuildKit may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law.
