LESKO BuildKit sells digital products only, including downloadable construction management templates, spreadsheets, forms, documents, and related digital resources.
No Physical Shipping
No physical product will be shipped.
LESKO BuildKit does not ship paper copies, printed templates, binders, USB drives, physical packages, or any other physical goods.
Digital Delivery
After purchase, digital products may be delivered by download link, email, customer account access, or another digital delivery method.
Customers are responsible for entering a correct email address during checkout so they can receive order confirmations, download links, and product access information.
Delivery Time
Digital products are typically available shortly after payment is completed.
In some cases, delivery may be delayed because of payment processing, email delivery delays, customer account issues, app delays, technical issues, or other circumstances outside our immediate control.
Shipping Charges
Because LESKO BuildKit products are digital downloads only, no shipping charges apply.
No Returns by Mail
Because no physical products are shipped, there are no mail-in returns, return labels, shipping returns, package tracking numbers, or physical exchanges.
Download or Access Problems
If you do not receive your digital product, cannot access your download link, or experience a file delivery issue, contact LESKO BuildKit at:

- Your full name.
- The email address used for the purchase.
- Your order number or transaction ID.
- The product name.
- A description of the issue.
We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue.
