Our products are designed to help project coordinators, assistant project managers, interns, construction students, small contractors, and construction professionals stay organized.

  1. Digital Products Only

LESKO BuildKit products are digital products only.

No physical product will be shipped. Digital products may be delivered by download link, email, customer account access, or another digital delivery method.

  1. Product Use and License

When you purchase a LESKO BuildKit product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your personal, educational, business, or internal project organization purposes.

You may use the templates for your own work, your own construction projects, your employer’s internal project organization, or your small business operations.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, upload, or give away LESKO BuildKit products as your own.
  • Sell edited or unedited versions of our files.
  • Claim ownership of LESKO BuildKit templates, designs, documents, or digital resources.
  • Upload the files to public websites, marketplaces, file-sharing platforms, or template libraries.
  • Use our products to create a competing template product or digital download business.
  • Remove LESKO BuildKit branding, copyright notices, or ownership references for the purpose of resale or redistribution.
  1. Intellectual Property

All LESKO BuildKit products, templates, designs, documents, text, branding, layouts, and digital resources are owned by LESKO BuildKit unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the product, intellectual property, design, structure, or brand materials. You are purchasing permission to use the product under these Terms of Service.

  1. Product Information and Accuracy

We try to describe our products clearly and accurately. However, LESKO BuildKit does not guarantee that every product description, screenshot, example, preview image, file requirement, or website detail is always complete, current, or error-free.

We may update, revise, improve, rename, or discontinue products at any time.

  1. No Professional Advice

LESKO BuildKit products are provided for general organization, documentation, and educational purposes only.

Our templates and resources are not legal advice, financial advice, engineering advice, architectural advice, code compliance advice, safety consulting, or professional construction consulting.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and adapting templates to fit their own project, employer, company, local laws, contract requirements, industry standards, and professional obligations.

  1. Product Compatibility

Some LESKO BuildKit products may require compatible software such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PDF software, or other spreadsheet/document tools.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and requirements before purchasing. LESKO BuildKit is not responsible for issues caused by unsupported software, unsupported devices, outdated apps, customer settings, or lack of access to required software.

Prices are listed on the product page at the time of purchase. Prices may change at any time without notice.

Payment must be completed before digital products are delivered. Orders may be processed through Shopify, Shopify Payments, third-party payment providers, or other payment services.

  1. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Because LESKO BuildKit sells digital products, all sales are final once a product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, unless a refund is required by law or approved under our Return and Refund Policy.

LESKO BuildKit products and website content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that our products will meet every customer’s needs, work with every software setup, or be completely free of errors.

LESKO BuildKit may update products, website content, prices, policies, and these Terms of Service from time to time.

The Terms of Service in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law.
